• Digital products: preset packs, snapshots, captures and impulse responses (IRs) for guitar multi-effects units and processors.
• Physical products: effect pedals and other gear, subject to stock.

To buy, provide your name, a valid email address and, for physical products, a shipping address. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.

An order is confirmed only after the payment is approved by our payment provider. Card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

After payment is confirmed, we send the download link to the email address you provided within 24 hours (usually within a few minutes). Please also check your spam folder.

Before buying, make sure the product is compatible with your device and firmware version, as stated in the product description. If in doubt, contact us before purchasing.

Physical products are shipped to the address in your order by mail or courier. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown before payment. The tracking code is emailed once the item ships.

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your own equipment.

You may freely use the sound produced with the presets in recordings, live performances, streams and commercial work.

• You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or make the files available, in whole or in part, for free or for a fee.
• You may not include the files in other packs, libraries or products.

Trademarks, text, images, audio, presets and other site content belong to Pedro Heitor or are used with permission. Third-party equipment names (Line 6, Neural DSP, Hotone, Valeton, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Full rules are in the Refund Policy.

The resulting sound depends on each user's guitar, pickups, cables, amplification and settings. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the products or by changes made by the user.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers under Brazilian law.

We use your data only to process orders, deliver products, issue tax documents and provide support, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). We do not sell your data. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data via our contact email.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page on the date of your purchase.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
